I find working as a nanny to be truly enjoyable and rewarding. I have worked with all ages (newborn to teens) for more than 10 years, and I have raised my own 14-year-old son as well. I understand parenthood with all of its joys and challenges. I am  positive, fun, energetic, patient, and adaptable to a variety of circumstances and situations.  I find children to be exciting, unique, intuitive individuals, full of unexpected wit and wisdom. They never cease to amaze me, no matter what age they are.

I have experience working with children from 2 months to 14-years-old, and I'm familiar with the various developmental stages of children. I am very passionate about taking continuing educational classes, and reading books to expand my knowledge. Not all children are the same, and so not all approaches work with every child. I will always continue to build on my knowledge so that I have an array of tools to adapt to the children I'm with.

I strongly believe in caregivers and parents working as a team so that children can have consistency in their life. My role as a nanny is to support you, as parents, and make sure your children continue to get the same love, support, and encouragement when you are gone.
